Cannot get activation message

If after subscription you cannot get activation message, please do the following:

Wait 10 minutes

Sometimes it takes time to send the activation message. Just wait about 10 minutes.

Check your spam folder

If you are waiting for a long time, open your email client and check your spam folder. Sometimes messages are sent to spam folder.

Reset password

  1. If you still cannot get activation message, go to the password reset page and reset your password:

  1. Open your inbox and check for the password reset message.
Don't forget to check your spam folder again!

  1. Go to the login page.
