Cannot get activation message
If after subscription you cannot get activation message, please do the following:
Wait 10 minutes
Sometimes it takes time to send the activation message. Just wait about 10 minutes.
Check your spam folder
If you are waiting for a long time, open your email client and check your spam folder. Sometimes messages are sent to spam folder.
Reset password
- If you still cannot get activation message, go to the password reset page and reset your password:
- Open your inbox and check for the password reset message.
Don't forget to check your spam folder again!
- Click on the button in the message.
- Type your password and click "Reset password" button.
- Go to the login page.
- Use your new password to log in.
